Ordering is easy and secure:

1. We have contracted FastSpring to handle our online transactions and order processing. FastSpring provides a safe and secure e-commerce payment processing solution for software development companies. 

2. Ordering is secure - your credit card information is sent directly to the credit card processor in a highly secure manner. FastSpring protects you by ensuring that nobody but you and the automated credit card processor will see your credit card information.

3. NetSurveyor-Pro is licensed on a per computer basis. You need to buy one license for each computer that is going to run NetSurveyor-Pro.

4. When you click the BUY button, you will be connected to FastSprings's secure servers to fill in your order form. All information you enter will be encrypted.

5. After placing your order, you will receive an email from FastSpring containing your purchase receipt and License Activation Code(s). There will be a separate License Activation Code for each license you buy. Each License Activation Code can be used to license NetSurveyor-Pro on one computer. 

6. The FastSpring email will normally arrive within a few minutes of completing your payment. If for some reason you do not receive this email within 24 hours please (a) check your 'spam' email folder, and (b) contact us at support@NutsAboutNets.com.

7. The licensed version of the NetSurveyor-Pro is based on the same software as the trial version, and you will not need to reinstall it. To license NetSurveyor-Pro, simply enter a License Activation Code when the application requests it.
